Pantollo
Pamarrasan is famous one of a tasty culinary Toraja. Pantollo
Pamarassan is a stew. The main part of this food is meat. Can include buffalo
meat, pork, chicken, trout or catfish. Pantollo Pamarrasan cooked in a special
combination of leaves of herbs and spices that give a unique black color. The visitors
of toraja are quite familiar with
Indonesian dishes often comaparing Pantollo Rawon Pamarrasan with beef stew. Both
of these dishes are similar, although the sauce used to Pantollo Pamarassan
much more viscous than the Rawon.
Kluwak,
native to Southeast Asia, is one of the main ingredients of this soup. Kluwak
that makes Pantollo Pamarassan black. Other materials used are onion, chili,
ginger, galangal, and a pinch of salt.
