Pa'Piong
Pa'piong Toraja is one of the dishes are popular, where the process of cooking meat (pork, chicken, fish, buffalo) baked in bamboo. The meat is cooked with a mixture of spices such as shredded coconut, scallions, lemongrass, pepper, garlic and leaves Miana.
